Cooking can be fun. It can be relaxing. It can be a little frustrating and a little stressful at times.
There is one rule I’d like everybody to heed before embarking on any cooking adventure.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU READ ANY RECIPE FROM TO START TO FINISH BEFORE BEGINNING.
Create a path in your mind as to how things will unfold and what your end product will resemble.
Make sure have all the equipment, ingredients and time you need.
See if anything needs soaking, marinating , pre-cooking etc..
You will feel more confident about the process you are undertaking.
It doesn’t matter how much of a hurry you’re in, this will always SAVE time.
Try and have fun.
It is okay to make mistakes along the way. You are the only person who will know.
Most of these recipes are fairly adaptable, depending on your own skill level.
Sometimes you just can’t find a particular ingredient. More often than not there is something that can substitute.
Talk to friends or shopkeepers. Ask Google. Ask your mum. Ask me.
For the time being, until I build a more significant body of work, head back to the front page and use Tags to search out recipes.
