Who Am I?

My name is Adam.

I am a career chef. I have been at those pans and that grill for around 25 years now.

I see a lot of people eat a lot of meat during my day. And a lot of wastage.

It is too much.

One person sitting down to eat enough meat in one sitting that could feed a large family is fucked.

And I get it. Most times people are only doing what they know. Although often it’s more about sheer gluttony.

I can’t call myself vegetarian. But my wife and plenty of our good friends can and do. Proudly.

This being the case I have plenty I’d like to share with you in regards to using more, if not only, vegetables or other plant life in your diet and help you to encourage others to do the same.
